Enrollment is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis. You can apply any time during the enrollment period. Enrollment begins on October 1, 2017. Enrollment applications will be accepted till 8:00 am on November 1, 2017. The lottery will begin at 8:30 am on November 8th. Open-enrollment applications will be accepted, and seats allocated, after the lottery is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
There will be a lottery to determine enrollment and wait-list numbers. Only applications submitted during the ENROLLMENT PERIOD are included within that lottery pool. Lottery will be held on November 8, 2017.
Applications received after the ENROLLMENT PERIOD are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with applicants either being offered enrollment or being placed on the wait-list in the order that the application was submitted.
Offers of Enrollment
If the lottery results indicate that your child has earned a seat, or when your child’s wait-listed application reaches the top of the wait-list and a seat becomes available, the school will call you immediately. To finalize enrollment, a registration packet can be obtained from the school registrar. This packet must be completed and returned to the registrar within 10 days of notification of seat availability. If a family rejects or does not respond to an offer of enrollment, their application is moved to the bottom of the wait-list.
How our Wait-list Works
When your application reaches the top of the wait-list and a spot becomes available to you, the school will call you immediately.
Siblings of currently enrolled students are granted priority status on our wait-lists.
